Returns

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

• Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at pravesh4365@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.

• Ship the Item: Securely pack the item with the authorization number included. Ship to the provided address.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account statement.

Exchanges

• Direct exchanges are not offered. Customers should initiate a return and place a new order for desired items.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery to pravesh4365@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process and cover return shipping costs. A replacement will be provided at no additional charge.
